About Us

Hi. My name is K. Mikael Wallin aka Customikes or the Crazy Swede.

Again please keep in mind that this site and work handled is a hobby as I'm employed fulltime in the insurance industry.

When time permits, I'm focusing on Customs, Hotrods, Harleys and occasional strange projects. My passion is metal modifications (top chops, sectioning, frenching to hand-built coachwork, stainless trim work etc.)

I'm also getting really drawn to metal art and started to make some sculptures a while back. You can see some of those efforts on the art page.

I strive for perfection but can adjust for specific needs or budgets as directed to a point.

Any build that we decide to do together will focus on the adventure and fun side of building all projects to completion.

Most work is billed on a time and material basis.

Usually we set up a specific number of hours at which point we meet and go over accomplishments, plan for the next round of hours and settle the bill.

The work will progress as fast as your budget allows.

Please be ready to tell me how many hours per week that you are comfortable having me working on your special project.
